Here at Ardeena we understand that everyone’s guest requirements are going to be different in terms of beverages. Please see the options below for you to choose from (can be a combination of all three). Please note, that a minimum bar spend of $2,000 is required.

Cash Bar

• Guests pay for their own drinks for all or part of your wedding;

Bar Tab

• Set and prepay the amount of your tab;

• Any remaining amount will be refunded to you within 21 days of your wedding;

• Top-up options available on the night for set amounts via credit card or cash;

• Choose your beverage inclusions from our menu (note that some options may be limited supply) and select one main selection of heavy beer;

Drinks Dispensers $75

• 8L non-alcoholic, with your choice of either Virgin Mojito, non-alcoholic Punch, Traditional Lemonade or Iced Tea. Max. of 3 flavours per wedding; Drinks dispensers provide 8L per flavour only and an additional charge of $75 each is required to refill.

• Prices and selections are subject to change;

• For beers not listed above, please contact us for availability and price;

• Drink packages must run to the end of the reception. Drinks package prices apply per person across the whole group. Under 18’s receive a half-price non-alcoholic package;

• Ardeena has a “no shot” policy;

• 15% public holiday surcharge applies on all gazetted public holidays and Sundays.

• For cash bars, if the minimum spend of $2000 is not met, the balance is to be charged to the couple. A pre-authorisation charge of $2000 is required pre-wedding, to cover the minimum spend. If there is money remaining on the bar tab, it will be refunded within 21 days.
